Risperdal Lawsuit – Are You Claiming For Damage Awards?

Risperdal is an anti-psychotic drug which was approved by the FDA in 1993 initially to treat schizophrenia.  Later, manufacturer Johnson & Johnson obtained the authorization to market Risperdal as a bipolar disorder treatment.

Before 2006, however, the drug was not approved to use for any treatment on children for any purpose.  In that year, the FDA authorized Risperdal as a medication for pediatric bipolar disorder and symptoms such as irascibility or aggressiveness which are often displayed by some children with autism.
